Associates volunteered at the Houston Food Bank. The team of associates sorted and packaged 30 (25 & 35 lbs.) boxes to feed the Houston community. ITC is planning to visit the Houston Food Bank more in the future!
ITC recognizes that diversity is what makes us special and we must attract, retain, and develop our diverse and talented associates to become the employer of choice in the terminal industry. This commitment is reflected in our overall talent management strategy, which includes substantial investment in professional growth and development of associates. In addition, ITC has established a Volunteering Committee whose purpose is to encourage every ITC associate to be dedicated to leading the effort to promote the welfare of our neighboring communities through volunteering.
See below for the various events our associates have participated in to meet our Social commitments as a part of our ESG Policy:

Texas Memorial Illumination, San Jacinto Museum of History
Several associates participated in the Texas Memorial Illumination (3 day event), contributing to the placing, lighting, and pickup of over 500 candles. Each one of the 21,500 candles set up by volunteers in this event commemorates the sacrifice of Texans who have given their lives in armed conflict.
Shoeboxes for Seafarers (Houston Int’l Seafarers Centers)
Several associates from ITC Deer Park and Pasadena participated in the Seafarers Christmas Shoebox Program. 48 gift boxes were made between both sites to support seafarers who spend several months away from their families. The program is sponsored by the Houston International Seafarers Center, which delivers about 10,000 shoeboxes each year between Thanksgiving and New Year’s Eve.
