Intercontinental Terminals Company LLC (ITC) has acquired a tract of land located on the Houston Ship Channel for the future expansion of its bulk liquid terminal storage business.  The 180-acre site is located on the south side of the channel a short distance west of the Beltway 8 Bridge.  This location is ideally suited for development of multiple docks for ships and barges, as well as great access to roadways, rail networks and numerous product pipelines.  The site has 1,250 ft of Houston Ship Channel frontage.
